Material:

Printed on Komatex PVC

KOMATEX is the preferred PVC sheet for uses requiring the following characteristics:

• Chemical and corrosion resistance
• Moisture resistance, very low water absorption (will not rot)
• Low flammability (UL-94 VO flame rating), perfect for tradeshow and exhibit hall use
• Approved for use where food is processed or sold

Artwork setup:

1. Setup artwork size to be the same size that is ordered.

    IE: if the finished size is supposed to be 24" x 36",

    make sure your file is 24" x 36".

    Bleeds are not necessary

2. Setup your files to be CMYK.

    Kustom will not responsible for color shifts if there

    are any PMS colors or RGB colors in your file.

    PMS colors are known to do eratic things when

    converted to CMYK and when transpencies are present.

3. Make sure all of your images are at least 150 dpi.

    Any resolution lower than 150 dpi will produce results

    that may not be "acceptable"

4. Accepted files: .PDF .JPG .Tiff.

Any files received that do not meet this criteria will

result in order cancellation or additional charges for

file corrections and mandatory Proofs.
