Removable Wall Adhesive

Material:

Printed on GF226 that is a 6.0 mil premium white matte semi rigid calendared vinyl film with a specially formulated microsphere acrylic removable pressure sensitive adhesive backed by a 90# layflat liner. The combination of vinyl and adhesive allows removability of this product from normal wall surfaces. 

It is designed for temporary application of decals and graphics to most types of painted interior walls and windows. This includes most flat, semi gloss and gloss paint finishes. Decals may also be applied to sealed wall coverings. The surface must be smooth and clean prior to application.

Artwork setup:

1. Setup artwork size to be the same size that is ordered.

    IE: if the finished size is supposed to be 24" x 36",

    make sure your file is 24" x 36".

    Bleeds are not necessary

2. Setup your files to be CMYK.

    Kustom will not responsible for color shifts if there

    are any PMS colors or RGB colors in your file.

    PMS colors are known to do eratic things when

    converted to CMYK and when transpencies are present.

3. Make sure all of your images are at least 150 dpi.

    Any resolution lower than 150 dpi will produce results

    that may not be "acceptable"

4. Accepted files: .PDF .JPG .Tiff.

Any files received that do not meet this criteria will

result in order cancellation or additional charges for

file corrections and mandatory Proofs.
