Step and Repeat Banner and Stand

Material:

Printed on DPF313 that is a frontlit 13-oz white, scrim PVC banner. Matte finish is smooth and yields high print resolution and image quality.  DPF313 is enhanced with 1000 Denier scrim giving the product greater tear and curl resistance. Furthermore, DPF313 passes the NFPA 701 fire resistant certification test. Use DPF313 for a wide range of indoor and outdoor banner applications. DPF313 is rated for outdoor durability up to 1 year.

Artwork setup:

1. Setup artwork size to be the same size that is ordered.

    IE: if the finished size is supposed to be 60" x 96",

    make sure your file is 60" x 96".

    Bleeds are not necessary

2. Setup your files to be CMYK.

    Kustom will not responsible for color shifts if there

    are any PMS colors or RGB colors in your file.

    PMS colors are known to do eratic things when

    converted to CMYK and when transpencies are present.

3. Make sure all of your images are at least 150 dpi.

    Any resolution lower than 150 dpi will produce results

    that may not be "acceptable"

4. Accepted files: .PDF .JPG .Tiff.

Any files received that do not meet this criteria will

result in order cancellation or additional charges for

file corrections and mandatory Proofs.
